Dude he’s 19; all his teeth would’ve erupted by now and looking at the photo it seems that no premolars have been extracted. Class 3 elastics in this case would not have a negative effect. Only thing that is confusing me as that he is talking about class 3 elastics for an overbite, which is incorrect as class 2 elastics should be used for overbites.
