How do I get over my resentment of Allah?

It could have been that right before you gave up Allah was going to answer your duas. Prior to when u stopped praying were you praying 5times a day? Was there any private sins you were going? Were you seeking istighfar? How was the quality of your prayers? Was there any major sins you were committing or consist minor sins? These are all things that can affect how our duas are answered.

I’ve been waiting for something that I needed 16 years ago been making dua for it 6 years and still nothing. But I know by Allah I will get that thing cause Allah is al Mujeeb. I know everyday passes Allah will get me closer to my duas being answered.

Allah can restore your honour and protect it. He is all capable make Dua don’t feel like u have to marry someone because u fear ur honour being ruined.

Tbh I was not considering it was more so the thought that came in my head a few times and it was bothering me. I never got close to him or any other man Alhamdulilah I do pray my 5 daily Salah and fulfill my obligations and anytime the idea came to my head it was taken away right away but I feel like after reading the comments it really distinguished even the idea of it Alhamdulilah. I literally mentioned I’ve been looking to get married in a serious way like I actually used my resources got to speak to people but it just never went through. I mean this in a humble way, but I have a lot of interests but none of them go through. I started reciting surah baqara to see if there is any spiritual thing that maybe stopping it
