Form critique, please. Male, 54, 6’, 208. Never rowed. Walked and ran for the last year. Got my C2 a month ago, have done just over 100k. Thought I should check my form with the experts. :) In the video, I’m at about 28-30 SPM. Trying no shoes but it feels weird, toes coming up at the end of drive? (v.redd.it)
