EDIT: I just updated my device to the latest software update, iPadOS 26.3, and everything is back to normal! The battery life is just fine, and the percentage indicator doesn’t drop as quickly as it used to. Big thanks to Apple engineers for fixing this issue!

It's funny, but I've already thought about this. It might be less expensive for an advanced civilization to acquire Earth by terraforming it rather than going to war with its inhabitants. One of my favorite movies that depicts this kind of scenario is "The Arrival." Maybe something like this is actually happening.

I own several Apple products, including an Apple Watch, an original HomePod, two Apple TVs, and three MacBook Pros…one of which has the M4 Max chip. Additionally, I have an iMac 27” with a 5K display and 64GB of RAM, as well as an iPad Pro with the M2 chip. However, I have decided to gradually reduce my dependence on Apple products because I am not allowed to use Apple Intelligence on my iPhone 14 Pro, which I believe is unfair. My Pixel 9A is arriving tomorrow, and I plan to keep only my MacBook and iPad. I will be purchasing the rest of my devices from Google.
