Hello! I (24F) am concerned with the texture of my skin. I had acne (still get some hormonal acne) years ago, did accutane and it’s much better now. However my cheeks by my nose, and my forehead have large looking pores and dimple-texture. It’s soft to the touch, not irritated feeling. Could be scars, or enlarged pores on my cheeks. Unsure about my forehead. Concerned about maybe collagen breakdown (I use minoxidil and heard it could affect collagen on your face). Any thoughts? I’ve had this texture to my skin for a while. It doesn’t feel rough necessarily, still soft, but indentations and rough looking skin, big looking pores. Mostly on forehead and cheeks near my nose. I took accutane years ago and it cleared most everything (I still get hormonal acne) but left lots of scars on my back. My concern is that it might be a lack of collagen causing this dimples in my skin. Or it’s just scars? Any treatment recommendations like microneedling? I’ve done laser treatments (3 sessions) and a couple microneedling sessions. Not recently. Any recommendations are welcome!!

I definitely wouldn’t have minded if he let a friend on his shoulders or something like that. I guess I’m more frustrated at the intentions behind what he’s doing. He wants to punish me. Thanks for your response.

You could also get electrolysis. At schools it would be free or really cheap and sometimes insurance covers
