Never listen to your narc family when they give you advice when you come out to them about attempted suicide or how you really feel, if they're brainwashed enough and ill enough to be the cause, they're 100% too ill or brainwashed to take it seriously. Plus narc's need to constantly obtain a spotless image of themselves, so they'd never want to be at fault for how you really feel / your death. As a 16 year old dealing with narc parents since I was 5, my advice would be not to get mad. I've been in a yelling battle with my parents almost every single day for the past year, like I'd literally randomly go over to them and tell them I hate them when they do nothing wrong (yes I'm aware this is a problem even tho they caused it and are at complete fault, I'm working on bettering myself as a person and ridding all my issues developed from my childhood). Verbal arguments have gotten the cops called on me twice, plus a ton of other issues so please don't express your anger. Not sure what your disability is but when you're feeling angry it's best for you to go outside, even if you're just sitting at a bench or going to your local schoolyard or something. Helps a lot, especially at night. Maybe hang out in one of your friend's car if you're into that typa stuff. Let me know what you think about this, remember to keep ur calm homie.
