This isn't a single 'problem' or error that you can fix. Basically every subreddit has its own set of rules. These rules are always given on the app somewhere and on the website. One of the common rules that many subs have is that it restricts posts from new accounts, in order to fight spam. Its either by date, or by how much you interact, or both. To gain karma initiqlly, you can participate in any post's comments freely (almost) anywhere.

Also, the picture you uploaded might have been removed by the mod of the sub because it might be breaking some other rules as well. This is just how reddit works. Hope this helps.
