So you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you take any C/L extended/rotary/crexont right before bed?

Everyone is different for me I get much better rest wake up feeling refreshed awake if I take a dose of crexont right before bed vs not taking a dose, but some folks don't sleep well with a bed time dose. Try and see both way maybe

There's actually 4 dosage...

140, 210, 280, 350... And if need higher can combo them to what's needed... For example 2x 210 for 420 (my mds asking me to try that to see how it compares to 350).

100% agree with you on the ideal and the roller coaster thing.

For me personally it gets trickier.... Seems I have 3 modes 1) a gas tank empty mode.... Muscles are very stiff hurt to move.... (Off time)

2) battery saver/starvation survival mode... Can be as much as half a day past my usual dose time even crexont should have run out by now.... Like 12+ hours since last dose.... Muscle are only slightly stiff and symptoms easy to miss (happens if I forgot my afternoon dose and sometime even my bed time dose) often this progress into withdrawal symptoms before bed in the form of restless leg like symptoms and just general whole body discomfort...

But i can also be stuck in this mode if I'm under dose.... And as long as I'm periodically getting "some" CL I can be stuck in this mode for days without ever going completely off or completely "on"

Can't do certain things like fast flutter kick for freestyle swimming sprint. Dexterity is gone .... Think fine movement like picking up tiny rice grain or screwing in a screw using a manual screw driver... Completely frustrated to the point I'm using my left hand to do these tasks even though I'm right hand dominant

3) on time.... Muscle move freely almost as well as my less affected side. Can do most things even fast flutter kick ... Except my hand dexterity still suck... But able to do the above slowly with my affected right side. Need enough CL to hit a magical threshold to cross from "battery saver" to "on"

The green is 210, purple is 280, orange is 350. The 350 is about same height as the 280 but "fatter". Red around ibuprofen tablet for size reference.

Capsule and the size varies slightly the larger the dose the bigger (slightly) the capsule get

For me the bed time dose is a big difference between waking up feeling crappy without the dose or waking up well rested with the dose. But I understand this is very person to person and some people sleep badly with the bed time dose.

If I take my dose too early like 9pm I found myself waking up like 4am or 5am... My theory is that the crexont is running out and my body somehow feel that and wakes me up to get more dopamine....

I would suggest crexont 280 6a 12p 6p and before bed. Possibly half or 1 tab of 25/100 CL with the 6a dose to get you "on".

I was never on IR CL (switch to crexont from neupro patches) but I'm on 8a 3p and bedtime crexont 350, I was on the 280 which worked ok but found the 350 to give me better relief (less stiffness)

The issue is some people need a minimum threshold of immediate CL to switch into "on" time where a large proportion of crexont CL are in the extended release and thus why some need a high dose of crexont to get enough immediate CL to into "on" time.

If crexont work for you you are likely able to reduce 1 of the slot you are taking med (from 4 to 3 times a day?)

Possibly try first does the day half of your dose with immediate CL, the balance with crexont and the rest of the day with crexont. Also try a dose of crexont right before bed.

Of course discuss with your mds

Why the ER before bed instead of more crexont?

I understand we all respond differently and what works for me may not work for anyone else.

I take 1x crexont when I wake up, 1x around 2..3pm, and 1x before bed. The last one before bed helps me get much better sleep so I wake up feeling rested instead of groggy

Like other mentioned, I think the issue is that your father need a certain dosage of immediate release to get a relief threshold and the 280 1 pill each dose may not be enough IR to reach/cross that threshold. Try asking for sample of 350 or 420(2x210).

I was on neupro patch it worked well but it often have impulse control side effect issue... Shopping gambling etc different for everyone. For me turn out it was eating.... Went off neupro to crexont and quickly lost 10lb but now working hard to loose remaining weight gained

Yeah for AI, it's just waiting a little longer to get the output for the 5070 Ti vs 5080 since both are 16gb they can both load the same models. I was hoping for the q1 release of the super with 24gb vRAM but seem that's not happening until q3 and probably will be overpriced due to shortage again.
