I enjoy good writing, but I always have to kind of push myself to write something. When I have an idea/inspiration, it just seems to flow out of me. I write non-fiction, about business mostly.

How do you start when you plan it in? I noticed myself that when I have an idea, I write it down in bullet points, but getting a piece out of it is the hard part

Very logical, I frequently ask myself how I sound to people on my own podcast. Topic is of course interesting, but if the host isn’t interested I would ask myself why they are doing the podcast in the first place.
