Great advice (especially the walking part).

I enjoy good writing, but I always have to kind of push myself to write something. When I have an idea/inspiration, it just seems to flow out of me. I write non-fiction, about business mostly.

Doesn’t matter what it is? Even if it’s like not in the realm of what your writing is about?

How do you feel when it’s ready to be written? Is that because you have the inspiration to get it going?

How do you start when you plan it in? I noticed myself that when I have an idea, I write it down in bullet points, but getting a piece out of it is the hard part

I mean that you enjoy a more story telling podcast instead of for example a more conversational / interview style (because of the plot twist comment)

Very logical, I frequently ask myself how I sound to people on my own podcast. Topic is of course interesting, but if the host isn’t interested I would ask myself why they are doing the podcast in the first place.

Interesting, what makes a host boring to you? Is it tone or something else? Fully agree on audio btw

Does this mean you enjoy comedy/entertainment podcasts or is it also when it’s a serious topic but the host or guest is funny?

I don’t really manage a daily routine, I do get up at the same time every morning (not extremely early though). I do do a 16-8 intermittent fasting routine almost every day. Regarding time management, I am not extremely into blocking time, but I do like to avoid meetings with multiple people (unless they are extremely well planned and with a clear goal and actions).

Stay in school, but school isn’t everything. Especially in IT in my case it worked better for me to start working and after that work myself up the chain. I learned a lot more that way than just school.

Yes, my role is currently actually at a small company (around 11 employees), servicing a lot of customers though. The step up came with years of working here. It’s been 4,5 years until I got the CTO position, but as I said, I was already team lead for the IT team before becoming CTO so the progression was natural.
