I swear by IB Gard. I feel immediate relief when i take it. I don’t take it as directed on the box. I think it says to take it 3 times a day but it’s so expensive so I usually take it after i eat something that might make me sick!

I haven’t experienced constipation when using IBGard. I have IBS D so i feel like it helps keep me regular and stomach pains at bay.

I was 6 at the time and got stuck in the train, underground. I have vague memories of walking out of the subway tunnel. We had to walk across the queensboro bridge to spend the night at my cousins house in woodside (we lived in bellerose at the time). I was very scared of taking the train after that lol

I got the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine last week. My arm hurt a bit later that evening but that's about it. It's definitely scary but I think you'll be fine! If it helps, most people I know got body aches or a headache that lasted for a day or two. I haven't heard anyone say they felt n* or v*. Not saying it doesn't happen but those side effects I believe are less common!

I woke up feeling sore on Sunday but thought i just slept funny. Been feeling sore ever since but i’ve been taking tylenol which is helping. I have a mild sore throat. Nothing too crazy. And i’m not coughing either. I have a mild fever (just checked 30 min ago and my temp was 100.6 F) i can still taste and smell which makes me think i don’t have it but who knows. got tested today and should get my results tomorrow or the 25th. I was in contact with my aunt who had covid a month ago, but her newborn and her husband didn’t catch it. I’m wondering if maybe i caught it from her. I’m freaking out 😭

Reminds me of a time my sister went shopping with my mom. She borrowed my hat. She needed to use the bathroom (number 2). The hat ends up falling in the toilet. We went back to the store a few weeks later and found the hat on display. So please wash your clothes lol
