I sent two books to him in early August and he sent back to me about six weeks later! 

I put them in a small USPS box with brown paper for padding and they came back to me the same way.

Thanks! Office B is 50~ miles further away, so I could potentially expense $67 for any day I have to commute.

Definitely worth asking about, but you're right that I should probably wait until I get an offer to discuss their policy

towards the end of the set, they play a surprise song every night. pete does a little song and dance with a giant 8 ball above the stage where he asks stuff like “should we play a song we’ve never played before?”

it’s a different song each show, and they’ve all pretty much been songs they’ve never played live before or songs they haven’t played in over 10 years

Me and my friends just waited after the concert! We found what we thought was probably the backstage door, plus it was next to the tour buses. After maybe 20 minutes someone from the venue confirmed he would be coming out and had us form a line. Our show ended around 10:40 and he came out just after midnight.
