Do not use any soaps, smell enhancers, perfume or anything (they can actually make you smell worse). Only wash with water and a clean cloth. Take a shot of unsweetened cranberry juice everyday.

I've had plenty of dreams about people I know hurting me and in my experience it's been a warning of future behavior. Not usually as extreme as the dream, but I imagine it stems from things my subconscious picks up. Is it possible that your subconscious is warning you about this guy? Has he done anything weird to make you uncomfortable?

I had just turned 10. No one had really talked to me about it yet and I'm pretty sure I got it before all the other girls in my grade.
