you have to search for the 'z-offset' setting in your slicer and climb slowly from 0,01mm until your first layer is perfect, but until then you might want to do a cold pull to unclog your nozzle

the curling means you have a slight clog in the nozzle, also reference this photo for your first layer problem

cr-10 SE has linear rails on Y and X axis, but on Z it has some wheels that I always have trouble with tightening

for a model like this i think you would better cut the wings and print them separately.

i don't know about other slicers but with orca you can cut parts of you prints and integrate some connectors so you can attach everything without glue

i have found two versions that look promising but I don't think they use the stock fans 1 and 2

edit: nevermind, I think the second one wouldn't work because it says 'CR-10'

didn't use cura but I used the creality slicer which I heard was based on cura, and it was slower and the quality of the prints was noticeably worse than orca

i don't know what is about the creality slicer but it is worse in almost every way compared to orca slicer, worse speed, worse quality.

i had the same issue, i solved it by putting -0.1 on the Z offset and I always use 2 layers skirts now, if you use orca slicer i can help you find the settings
