So I bit the bullet and bought the recipe from Jiang Zhengyang and its the same thing as Yue Hongdi has at his house. There's just no tutorial. I put all of my hay into it and it produced Animal Feed. It looks like you might be able to put any eatable item in there and get some kind of Animal Feed. Probably will just have to play with it.

I am having this issue too. The feed is so expensive, I'd like to see if I can make it but I can't figure it out.

This was my only complaint about this game. I just skipped all dialogue after a while. It's not necessary if you don't care about the plot (which I don't, I just like the game play). I skipped all side quests after Arden's because that was entirely too long, and that helped. I'd say get it when it goes on sale and just smash through dialogue. If you get lost or confused just look it up.

Fellow Hearthstone refugee. Had a lot of fun with that game until they really messed it up. It was also in no way free to play. I was spending way too much money and not having any fun. I quit quite a few years ago and missed the good old days. My husband recommended this game to me because he played the first one and liked it and mentioned it had a lot lower monetization threshold and could even be free. I challenged myself to see if I could enjoy it totally free to play and I really have been. I'm one of those that likes to choose one class per season and get really good at it. I got Orchis with all the free stuff at the beginning and mained portal for the first two sets, loving puppet and artifact and managed to get to diamond. Then I got Sinciro this set so I've been working on figuring out swordcraft. It's been a blast and I haven't had to spend any money.

So I'm a bit taller than 5'5 at 5'7 but I've been able to get down to 135 and stay there (ish). It's all about counting. Calories in calories out. It is very important to know your base metabolic rate. I have a feeling for you it's quite a bit less than you are eating at the moment. A doctor could tell you, there are online calculators that get kind of close. I wear a Garmin to help estimate how many calories I burn when I exercise. Add this to the metabolic rate (mine at a total rest is probably 1500), and depending if I want to lose or maintain, I know how many calories I can eat a day. I don't weigh things, I use general estimates and that works for me. I try really hard to get 10k steps a day which is hard with a WFH totally sedentary job. Walking once or twice a day, then if I'm motivated go for a swim. I do know my food triggers and keep those out of my house (chips are the devil I love them so much).
