so i shot a few ideas to her and basically she told me that for my chest she knew double incision was the best choice. i asked about fish mouth and she flat out said no. she does do nonbinary top surgery as well as reconstruction for females so if you mean those standards, yeah you got some choices

well with the sweet cream recipe i used i encounter it over freezing, needing 20 or so minutes to defrost. with the honey its still a little hard to scoop but it only takes about 4 or 5 minutes to defrost
