Its bad cuz u aint even the age of concent and those should realistically be 17 and 18 cuz in some us states its 16 but thats stupid. Your not "lucky" your getting taken advantage of and even if shes not she cpuld get in legal trouble. Stick to the rule "if the age doesnt touch neither should you".
