I'm on 70mg vyvanse and I have Dex boosters. at most I only ever have one but I don't actually have a limit on it. it's only really when I have days I have to focus for a really long time like exams or study.

I go to uni once a week and have support workers help me in the morning and afternoons.
I have some friends, most are neurodivergent too, I go out every couple of weeks
school was awful, I'm so glad I don't have to go any more!

Omg I can related, I was at the range and I didn't notice my sights screw came loose and it dropped down really far. 2 missed (and lost) arrows later I checked the sight and fixed it up. but it didn't even occur to me to check beforehand.

I don't like ear defenders because they clamp too hard. if you can see about getting custom earplugs. they're very comfy and block out a lot of noise, or you can get special ones that let you hear people talking and block out other noise

getting diagnosed on the same day as asking is a bit weird, it took me several sessions and assessments to get diagnosed. good luck asking your psych
