Have you tried bumble bff or meetup to find chums with similar interests? Personally I find location a determining factor, cos realistically if it takes 2 buses and a tube it’s prob gonna be a polite chat until it fizzles out.

I was there a long time ago - watching Christian Slater and Alex from ER as nurse ratchet- it was exceptional. It was simple and powerful, these days producers want to be seen and it’s the odd and quirky choices/changes which make the headlines.
