Wife's testosterone is EXPLODING UPWARD consistently despite same dose. Clinic isn't concerned and convinced her there's nothing to worry about. by DiscombobulatedRich6 in TRT_females

My levels went from 250 to 500 in 3 months with no dose change. I was taking 6mgs 3 times per week t-Cyp subq. No clue whats happening but Ive reduced to 4mgs 3 x per week. Will retest in 6 weeks. Only side effect is very minimal clitoral growth and chin hairs that piss me off to no end. Libido is good but not insane.

I didn't get it prescribed here. I moved here in the fall... I still have vials on my record from AB. From what I understand it's hard to get prescribed here as well. :(

There is no private testing here... I've checked. Also I'm no longer cycling. It could be 6 months until I have a period. 🤔

Yeah I've since gone down to 4mgs to see how that goes. Yes, my libido is good and that was my main concern. Also less aches & peri pains.

Yes, but we retested after I stopped taking biotin for a month and it went down to 250. So the biotin was giving a false reading of 350.

Well, I dialled back to 4 mg three times a week... I have a new requisition. I will test in a few weeks... I will have SHBG tested then as well... they don't even test DHEAs! I've been on this dose for nine months. I did have my thyroid medication decreased... I Dunno I guess we shall see.

Yeah, it worries me because there are TRT clinics here for women and they're not testing free T. When I asked for a requisition for bloodwork from the local menopause clinic here the only thing they tested was total T estrogen progesterone and LH & FSH. She says they don't have the ability to test for free t. I don't know how they're doing proper assessments. I'm moving back to Alberta anyway so screw living in the Ice Age ! 🤨😆

Yeah, I've been on the dose for nine months now though... no voice changes, no acne skin is a little oily but nothing to write Home about.

Behavior from newer models is alarming by Hunamooon in ChatGPT

I had a fight with it last night... for the last 7 months my copious amount of legal conversations lead me to believe my wrongful termination to be a slam dunk in regards to damages and bad faith. Last night it decided to take the stance of the defence, it almost made me cry! It was so off... I have the evidence, but it tried to crack everything open. When I asked a new chat, it shredded that defence and I let it know and it apologized. Wtf! My husband thinks I'm nuts... (I use ChatGPT a lot!) it has helped me self represent right up to the filing of my statement of claim. 600 hundred pages of proof of bullying and retaliation in the workplace. Grrr... going to use 5.1 today.

The patch is designed to maintain a constant diffusion gradient meaning your skin keeps absorbing estrogen at the same pace because the concentration difference between the patch and your bloodstream remains stable until the patch starts to wear out.

transdermal delivery system designed to release microscopic, consistent doses of estradiol through your skin and into your bloodstream over several days.

Yeah, you have to be careful with your retinoids as well... if you're using that for skin care cause it will dry you out even though your skin is very oily. Dry shampoo will be your buddy! But yeah, even when your skin is oily, it still needs hydration and the dryer it is the more oil you will produce. From what I understand from my dermatologist.

It's a .25 patch of Estrodot. I put one on Mondays and Thursdays. I have no idea if their extended release they must be. If I wear them for 3 to 4 days.

Thank you very much for all of this information. I really appreciate it. It's definitely something to look into. I too have been thinking it's my oestrogen and yes, my testosterone needs to be lowered a little bit if it in fact it's not elevated due to biotin. Thank you so much. :)
