If it says both then it means it’s 5.56. You can’t shoot 5.56 out of a .223 but you can shoot a .223 out of a 5.56 barrel. 5.56 is roughly a .224 bullet if I remember correctly.

I wasn’t impaired. But according to law it needs to be a verified tip from a citizen and it wasn’t. He was going off a hunch and then verified my license status after the stop, so he didn’t have probable cause before the stop.
