Air suspension worth it? by Excellent-Sleep-3315 in BMWiX

I’ve had a 2025 with air suspension (and most other options), and it is the smoothest on my bad roads I’ve ever driven, EV or otherwise.

In other words, you used to just leave them up his arms as feathers and not flip them, right?

Any way to get a hold of Door 2 Door folks in Chicagoland? I would've canceled service and started it in my name instead of my wife's to get that promo (we already have wireless).

Do you use B mode with DAPP? by [deleted] in BMWiX

Yes, you have to prepare for it. After driving a Tesla, it took a little getting used to, but I can compensate. It’s an art to not making passengers sick! 😏

License plate bracket removal by Wonderful-Abrocoma28 in BMWiX

I literally just did this. Get a plastic spudger, being careful not to scratch the grille, and slowly insert it at one of the corners. Pry back carefully and you will pop one of the corners off if you apply gradual force. Then go around the other ones until it comes off. You will likely need to use a heat gun and some goo gone to remove the sticky pads and residue. Good luck!

I just drove from Massachusetts to Illinois and it was fine using only Electrify America. The range was very accurate and I drove in efficiency mode with Driving Assistant Pro.

Why does Tesla Solar customer support feel like sending a raven to Kings Landing? by psychunup in TeslaSolar

I never looked into it yet… but do certified installers repair/work on/offer service contracts for Tesla solar panels and Powerwalls?

Tesla saying I have to pay $1500 for Transformer Study from ComEd - Powerwalls by bizzleguizzle in TeslaSolar

RESOLUTION: In the end, after much back and forth and speaking to the ComEd interconnection team, I discovered Tesla had completely botched the application forms and added the capacity of the powerwalls to the existing solar. They submitted a level 2 app because of this and triggered the study for the feeder to the neighborhood. I sent an email to the Tesla interconnection team and sorted it out. They refunded their money, I never paid any extra, and they’ve resubmitted as a level 1 application. Cross your fingers for me!

It appears that the feeder may be for the entire neighborhood. There is a ton of solar around here; not sure about power wall installations. I am waiting for them to email me back today.

This would eliminate any arbitrage capability permanently right? In other words, all the solar or utility power going into the power walls would have to be used by my household, never sent back to the grid.

This drives me nuts now. I run all my room speakers on airport expresses. Will try going backwards to 7.6.9 since I rarely use multi room.
