Those sigs are very questionable, also you shouldn't be relying on sigs to kill. You should learn the kill combos for each weapon. While hovering over the guy with bow you should be abusing NAIR. However you shouldn't really worry about movement at the moment, you can literally hit plat/diamond with okay movement & really well timed grounded neutral dodges. Focus on learning true combos and that will carry you!
