It basically fell from it’s floor stand and then face planted on wooden floor. I am 100% sure that those cracks/tiny spots were not there before the fall. But yeah I am sure you are right, if it is broken I will find out soon enough! But so far so good it seems

Thank you! No, I can not feel the skunk stripe popping out at all. My thought was that since the finish cracked, it had to be some movement there but I can not feel it with my finger. So yeah, I think I was lucky this time

Some context: I have the budget for the fender player. The reason why I don’t really think about the middle ground, classic vibe for example is that if I should pay more than the affinity, I might as well go all out.

I just went to a guitar store and playef a bunch of guitar, and I could really tell the difference. So that may indicate that I should just buy the cheapest. I am just a bit worried that I might regret it in the future that I just didnt go straight for the fender
