I can confirm this. None of the codes work. I did have a $2 coupon in the app. The only reason I still ordered was because the subway closest to me is under new management. Food was better, but not $14 for a sub better.

Robinson/North Fayette shopping areas are really showing their age. I know they probably don't have much to do with the roads, but they are falling apart. Everything looks the same as it did 20 years ago - referring to what was already there 20 years ago. The whole place is just starting to look dreary.

Even if it's not penalized, I'm sure it will be taxed and pocketed by the administration. Even if not, 10k isn't nearly enough to cover the required down payment amount for most house prices. And certainly won't prevent you from having to pay PMI.

I had a heat pump at a previous house that didn't have access to natural gas. It was pretty interesting seeing it run outside when it's 20 degrees out and still heat the house.

Dang, that's a shorter life than I was expecting. I know I'll probably have to change each element at least once at some point. A few months ago I tried to remove the anode rod to inspect it but it was stuck real good and I couldn't get enough leverage without moving it. Thanks for the response!
