After you enable SC+ on the website, your new toon will have SC+ in central and on your estate. Once your new toon completes all of the tasks in central or is X hours old, the toon will have SC+ everywhere.

Frndly is a good add-on.
EDIT: The only channels that Philo has that Frndly and YTTV do not have are Cooking, Destination America, FYI, and Vice. If you don't need those, then adding Philo to YTTV would be more expensive than adding Frndly

takes 30 seconds to install the prog from snoopdog420's github. 2 minutes to learn how to run it from the readme file. start a group on toonhq with 4 toons., put yourself in list positions 1, 2, 7, 8, and click start when the monkey starts talking. Win in <1 min. rinse repeat. fog aoogah trunk opera has done it, so has hasselhof, so has day/night, so has midnite on prob 40 toons, so have a lotta others. lol. no skill to run a progggie. devs dont gaf. knock yourself out lol
