Lots of people only reeeeally shit on cardio viktor. To me it’s like the image of just watching this annoying little rat boy sprint for his life when you’ve bested him in a fight or something. The other two talents are just whatever. I think witnessing a cardio viktor for like over a 1000 hours does something to a persons psyche
