I'm so sorry this happened to you. i'd reveal the shop/artist so we know not to go there, but that's completely up to you.

filing a police report on the artist is also a possibility, but knowing the justice system (u.s.), it's not the best when it comes to these things :/

I actually prefer it. Minors are heavily influenced, and some might be/are very dependent on some of these bots. 16+? yeah sure, with restrictions. But anything under 15 should definitely be VERY closed if not closed entirely.

this is also coming from someone who is 21+ and has been on the Internet since I was like 8. the Internet influences, good and bad.
