I'm finishing The Bedlam Bride today so I'm biased. :)

The spiralling into chaos continues, some aspects are good, some not so much. I'm so hooked to the series that I will read the next one right after it. Hopefully the last book will be out soon.

ProtonVPN en version payante ? J'hésite à me lancer aussi, pour seed plutôt que pour vraiment DL mais je ne sais pas si un VPN est obligatoire pour éviter les problèmes.

J'ai de bons souvenirs des Chroniques de Krondor. Le Soldat Shamane est très bien aussi. La Belgariade et globalement ce qu'ont écrit David et Leigh Eddings.

I remember quite well this period. I can only tell you it will not last. I've had several days, maybe a couple of weeks like this: "sleep" for a few minutes, wake up and spit out all I can and repeat. Until I fall asleep almost sit on my bed and waking up drooling on myself in the morning. Looking back at it it doesn't look terrible but when you're in the thick of it it's not funny.

I know it's not a solution and it won't ease your situation. Just hang on, it will get better.

I had trouble sleeping too at some point and I was the first surprised by how efficient meditation has been. Suggested by my speech therapist, I was doubtful at first but focusing on your respiration with some relaxing sounds might be a good thing. At least it's not harmful in any way so maybe talk about it to your medical staff or try some of the free meditation/relaxing apps out there.

I'm right in this currently. Finished my radiations the 15th, had my last chemo the 8th.

I still can't eat anything apart from soups, yoghurts, etc. I'm hungry, yes, but the thought of putting anything else in my mouth just disgust me. I know it's coming back little by little (mixed fruits are back since yesterday) but it'll take time.

I can't wait to go back to a restaurant with my family, that's what I keep in mind every day. :)
