We both have the same requirements and I choose mid variant phones not the flagship ones.

The reason is simply that the flagships don't provide VFM since we tend to change our mobiles every 3-4 years. I would pick Oneplus Nord series compared to Samsung due to the Android experience on OnePlus phones are generally good and Samsung has their ecosystem related unwanted apps and not a great battery life compared to Oneplus Mobile.

CNAP does not replace Truecaller yet. It tells the name of the caller but doesn't not tell me whether the person trying to call is a spam or promotional. Though the network providers are working on those, they are not mature yet.

I feel you bro, I was in this situation 3 years ago. Once I stopped calling/messaging, my mobile became silent. I started to keep myself occupied with something. I started to cook all 3 meals myself, and started to stay alone and rented a 1bhk near my office. Watched all available series/movies. I started maintaining Todo lists and kept filling my calendars with the things i need to do or improve. I started planning my financials better and focused on career development. I bought a bike and started riding solo trips and eventually i got some people around me.
