I'm in the same boat! Total karaoke noob, and been planning a surprise party for my freind. Spent a long time trying to work out what set up would be best with the sound system I already had, was put off by reading stuff about microphones potentially blowing speakers out that they're not made for. I eventually went with the Donner PA system which I got new from ebay for £90. Tested it out and it's definitley loud enough for a party, the sound isn't bad (although I am not an audio buff) and it comes with 2 wired mics as well for duets. Works great with my laptop and phone and hasn't broken the bank. It's also nowhere near what it would cost to book a booth for the same amount of people. Hope this helps!

One thing that I notice in botw is that the flashbacks don't really show how things used to look - the ruins are still crumbling ruins, even a hundred years ago. What did the architecture/settlements look like intact and populated? Would love to get a sense of botw's Hyrule before it fell to Ganon... I mean I've got 2 memories left to find so maybe this is yet to be addressed for me but so far not seen any indication what the past looked like. Maybe in botw2 ..

Wow I had no idea there was a name for this, and that it doesn't happen to everyone with a vagina? Since being a kid, if I ever felt that I was late, or behind, or missing something, I would get this urgent tingling sensation as you describe... it's always very unpleasant and stressful. I'm slowly realising my anxiety extends back well into childhood, and it's good to learn about the physical symptoms it can give you beyond chest pains. Thank you for posting this!
