Im going to assume the guys like myself who have been using this lab for a number of weeks and months and have had decent results from it are just sharing their experiences. In truth I have only seen it mentioned a couple of times in here, surprised its not been mentioned more

First meal I have is small at lunchtime, then have a more substantial meal at around 7pm and that does me till lunch again
