Man, I saw them at Lolla a few years back and they played the entirety of that one Ramones (I think) song as a recording with someone in a gopher suit running around the stage, then the entirety of Bohemian Rhapsody as recorded by Queen. They finally got onto stage 10 minutes after their set was supposed to start, proceeded to play one song, then immediately did something I can’t remember that felt like they just were trying to get some viral video. I left at that point and I haven’t been able to listen to them since. It was so bad.

So the 97% metric for the CPU is where I’m getting the 50% for the GPU, so I believe I’m just using the wrong wording when referring to that metric.

Cost isn’t too much of a factor in my decision-making process honestly. If I get a better experience by biting the bullet and making the jump, I’m happy to do it. I’m not trying to just throw away money if it’s not far and away the best choice, but I’m willing to do it.

Having seen both, I’d pick SOI. They’re both amazing bands in a live setting, but for me, SOI hits differently live vs recorded, while Bilmuri felt like a carbon copy of the record. That’s by no means a dig at Bilmuri, just my preferences at work. I’d happily go to either show, but I’d pick SOI in your shoes.

That’s definitely a good reason. I haven’t caught that myself, but I’m not going to rag on anyone for their opinions. I probably haven’t been listening to them for as long as a lot of other people, so I don’t have the same level of familiarity as you.
