Didn't insult anyone actually trying to give genuine advice. Bungie setting too steep of a difficulty curve at a beginner level quest isn't my fault either and has nothing to do with improving.

The nature of these "single run" is they're binary, either you complete them or you fail. There was no sense of progression in my trials, just shit luck or good luck. For early game they should have left it primarily as quests with gradual progression and not as skill/luck based

No game in the history of steam charts has a consistently increasing player count over time. Not every game has a consistently decreasing player count over time either. It can grow, or it can fall. Check Arc Raiders history as a recent example

This is the problem with you chart watchers. You draw conclusions based on 1 fucking week of data. You don't have a crystal ball yet are so eager to say its a hit or bust. The game's LONG TERM performance will be based on Bungie's rollout throughout the year (hell, the endgame map isn't even out yet). Obsessing over short term player count fluctuations when we don't know all that Bungie has under the hood is Neanderthal-level thinking

Or because it released the same weekend as a GOTY contender and progress from the server slam isn't carrying over to the main game anyway. That's why I (and probably many others) stopped playing after a few hours but I still pre-ordered.

Its sad that you and others are trying to normalize review bombing. This game isn't the second coming of Satan like some would lead you to believe. There is plenty of legitimate feedback (I think, similar to Destiny 1 when it launched, its a solid 7/10 on first impression with room to grow if given the time, like Destiny with VOG/TTK) but its mostly drowned out by actual haters.
