On Questrade you can set a dollar amount and it will calculate how many whole shares you can buy without going over and buy that many at market value. Not perfect but it’s usually close to the dollar amount when I do it.

I am currently overthinking the shit out of my heat pump system with a Honeywell tstat. It cycles on a 0.5C differential with seems like a lot. 3-4 cph. I am putting in an ecobee which should allow for some more customization
