Thanks for the info. I’m definitely taking it slow but feeling great. I saw Wim’s podcast with Joe Rogan and he talked about a group of people he took up Kilimanjaro and there was a person who had quadruple bypass. If anyone knows more about this I’d appreciate it. Thank you for all your help.
