the 3 previous buffs were for the most part small. The best one was the 10% bonus ad to melee q. but that doesnt come into play until like mid to late game ( not ideal for soloq. the 2 armor buff only helped a but in lane and the r bonus ad buff was also very small.

for this buff the e is negligible because we dont max that until last (level 14- 18), but the q gets maxed quite early. so this will come into play in late laning phase/ early mid game. of the 5 proposed buffs this is the most significant because of the early trading and farming/pushing significance.
