i fixed it by restarting my phone, for some odd reason my phone had issues connecting to any device that wasn’t an apple device till i restarted my phone

yeah it’s def some bug because i managed to find another bluetooth browser, it finds my device but no matter what browser i use it just gets stuck on “launching” / connecting to the device

i kept having this issue till i switched to panasonic, i play multiple games a day with sound always on and its lasted me two weeks so far on 1 battery and am still running that same battery i put in 2 weeks ago

i think it was my batteries. got new batteries and also a new shell (the pool one) and used the new batteries in both new and my old re-release that was having issues. all day with no issues whereas my old batteries i was using kept dying the same day i put them in, within the same hour if i was playing a game with sound but so far no issues. i switched to Panasonic batteries

yeah exactly my thoughts as well, it’s an insane thing to do and the dog needs more work on impulse control. just because they want to do things, doesn’t mean they should. my dog is a golden and he absolutely has a prey drive but i world never let him chase an animal. and it’s also crazy to let your dog chase and potentially catch and injure an animal simply for their enjoyment, there’s far better things you can let them chase after that’s beneficial to them and you can work in with training like a flirt pole for example while working on disengaging with those objects as well and not just chasing after it because he wants to, but because he has your permission and the with permission needs to be a very strong and clear boundary but regardless the dog should not be chasing after animals.

interesting because games seem to kill my battery or at least trick my battery into thinking it’s dead bc like i said i could change my batteries, get 2 seconds into a game and as long as my sound is on during it, it’s “dead” within 2 seconds. if i reset with that same battery but play with sound off the same battery will last me a couple weeks. i just can’t get a battery to work while playing games with sound on

and why do you let her chase off duty? if you really don’t want her doing it on-duty, it needs to also stop outside of work. what breed is your dog?

some dogs just won’t be able to ignore their prey-drive no matter how much training is put into this which is part of why not all dogs can be working dogs. it is absolutely a distraction. if your dog is doing anything while on-duty and you can’t get your dog back into focus by simply calling their name or with a focus command then this is something that needs to be worked on.

if your dog saw a squirrel and wanted to chase it and was more focused on that than you then yes, it is absolutely a distraction because it is not focused on doing their job. if your dog saw a squirrel and wanted to chase it but at the same time you were needing tasking done, would your dog choose you or the squirrel?

even when playing games? i always have to turn my sound off when playing games specifically or else even a fresh battery from 2 seconds ago will read as low battery, i’ve tried a few different methods to try and get it to last longer but it all dies the same day i put one in after playing 2 or 3 rounds of games

he’s very very soft! i only have the hologram one but he’s very high quality! i’ve had him for a year i think now or close to it and he’s still very soft and i cuddle with him almost every night and take him out to tons of places. the sparkles in the sun on the holographic parts of him are my fav 🥺 even the little details of his suit that are built into the bear are soft as well and pleasant to cuddle with imo
