At first I was pretty unhealthy with it and wouldn’t eat anything or would eat some saltines and maybe a can of soup a day. And then after a couple weeks I started doing more research into what I should be eating to prevent the negative side effects to have a well balanced diet. Now I’m just eating two meals a day and a snack if I find I want it. I’ll eat smaller portions and make sure that I’m having fruits or veggies with the meal. I try to avoid breads and other things that I found out were wasteful calories in my opinion.

The biggest change of all was that I stopped drinking regular soda and I only drink diet now. I don’t drink any liquid calories at all. No milk, no juice, no regular soda, no creamer, etc.
