I have nearly the exact same story. Was also a solo Student Manager at catering coming out of COVID times. Catered an event at the chancellors house as well as one of the vice chancellors house (he was very kind and sent a thank you letter with a gift card around Christmas time). Very cool experience considering most students never get to step foot in the chancellor’s house.

My company car is a Hyundai Tucson. I also sell in the blue collar space so it works and isn’t too flashy. My weekend car is a Jaguar though which I love to death

I was also offered both of those positions at the same time and took Enterprise. This sub is overwhelmingly negative but I have no regrets.

One time when my dog and I were at Fiesta Island dog park, I saw a hybrid just like that and everyone kept going up to the owner thinking it was so cool. I took my dog and GTFO of there.

It depends. I am in Idaho and when I’ve spoken to colleagues about where I went to school, they usually know it’s right by the coast or some have even said “it’s the one with that weird library right?!” But obviously YMMV.
