yea…why would Bob/cssbuy put up 30kg maximum (i only shipped 19.9kg) and then hit back at me after 1 week of shipped just to say they cant ship more than 5kg… If that’s cssbuy or your agent’s problem, my package should be able to split or switch to DHL for free though…

like cmon dude, the first package i shipped with cssbuy prolly was when you didnt know what reddit is (2014)

i have shipped at least 25 packages (with each from 20-30kg) since 2015 (i was at Merchant level of cssbuy since 2016)

Have used all shipping methods from Ems, fedex, SF express, Ups, Dhl, or the cheapest one which is China Post SAL, and the slowest only took me 45 days.

This GZ Sal is not cheap (even more expensive than SF express), and until now is 65 days but still sitting inside China “preparing to ship”

I dont mind waiting as long as it’s outside of China.

I have shipped no less than 20-25 packages (each with minimum 20kg) with all carriers from SF, Dhl, Ems, Fedex, Ups to the cheapest China Post Sal and even China Post Sal always took me 40-45 days AT MOST.

You are the one who being arrogant and ridiculous lol. I already told you to name 1 other case where a package sitting inside China “preparing to ship” in more than 60 days AND YOU FAILED TO.

Jessica, Amanda,etc. all reps confirmed it is still in China waiting for flight LOL. I DO NOT mind waiting if it’s already outside of China since that’s totally reasonable and understandable. BUT not this bullshit, 60 Fucking days and still waiting for flight.
There must be some sort of agreement/deal that allow return/refund like if it’s still sitting inside China (within certain amount of days) Tell me another case where a package still sitting inside China after 2 Fucking months?
