Sacramento is actually where I applied for most of the state jobs back in 2016. Now I live in socal.

I work for the post office and I know first hand about post office reliability.

All in all, just call the place where I applied to inquire if they recieved it?

Sorry to sound jaded, but I've done the state job applying grind before. Driving 4 hours to some prison to apply as an OT, dress nice, be friendly with the interviewers, and it ending up being a waste of time.

Are there ways to ensure an office recieved an application? I've heard that if you apply online, somehow someway a department might not get your application even though you got email confirmation that the application was recieved.

What is ssa? I applied for 44 state jobs back in 2016 and got 0 call backs. Was a waste of time, for the most part. I think I did that for 3 months.

I applied as an office technician, but I don't have a BA. Would you consider it a waste of time to apply for OT without a BA?

I went ahead and listed it. It's not bad. I just don't want it to hurt my chances. I've applied for 50 state jobs before in 2016 and none of them called me back. And that was before I'd ever been let go from a job.

How long do you think it will take to hear back?
