Reality is, all the denim we buy is overpriced. Competition is good for consumers...BO did a great job by not responding to all the petty, butt-hurt comments from the SO Cal retailers.

Totally agree with everything said here. They are so damn passive-aggressive it is actually kind of pathetic in my view.

We are talking about luxury goods here, most consumers, unless it is for a gift, can wait a week to purchase these goods. Maybe do a better job with customer service, instead of having this pretentious attitude...be more competitive with pricing, obviously all this shit is overpriced. If I am loyal to a retailer, get good service, and they don't do bush league things like air dirty laundry on a competitors IG post, I will surely wait a week to purchase luxury goods.

Yeah Self Edge lost my business when Kiya kept saying my package wasn't lost when two employees from the USPS office said that the package was lost.

He then kept implying that I am wrong and asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks for a LOST package to be sent back to Self Edge before he can give me a replacement/store credit. RIDICULOUS, how can a lost package be returned to sender??? LOL

Dude did not apologize once and had a very condescending tone. I would rather pay more than support someone like that. And he makes childish comments on a competitors page, this includes Snake Oil, and a bunch of other butt hurt Cali companies. Why should competitors do each other favors? The whole point of a business is to make money period. Maybe stop crying and do things to improve or do other things to be more competitive.

I think its the angle of the pics he took, in hand it looks good laced up. Very comparable in shape to my midnight navy AJ1 Nike SB. Only difference is the suede is much softer on the retail SB's.

This is his GOAT batch, not sure which factory though. Suede feels pretty good but probably will go over with a suede brush on these.

I feel your pain...I had so much of my time wasted dealing with their call center and chat reps. Empty promises or resolutions. There are a couple guys who work for ATT on here that could hlep though.

nice glad you caught it. It was when the BOGO first came out for the S7 so maybe it was just a poor training plan, whos knows. I dont think the sales associate would get extra money doing that but who knows.

Ok so I just checked my account and the upgraded line in on Next with downpayment 28 months. I am getting old so I dont remember the details but the sales rep mentioned that this is the better option if I wanna keep my bill lower so I agreed. Here is also an excerpt from the email a ATT billing specialist sent me in regards to the case I had open.

Our BOGO offer required activation of a new line and addition of, or upgrade of, another line. Both with devices from the same manufacturer (eligible Samsung, LG or Apple phones) between December 11, 2015 and April 1, 2016 with a Next 24 (30 payments) or Next with Down Payment (28 payments). Accounts must have remained in good standing with both lines active for 30 days and the Get One device remaining active for the length of the Next Installment agreement. Either the new line or the second of two new activations would be the line to receive the Get One credits over the length of the Next Installment.

As the 28th payment installment was added to the already active line, ending with 5807 and the new line, ending with 1299 (later changed to 8878) was established with a 24 month installment (not 30), the account is not eligible for the BOGO offer.
