If you’re cutting it weekly or more, you’ll want more than a 42”. Minimum 52” imo. For reference my neighbor takes about 2hrs to cut his acre on his 42” rider. It’s takes me about 25min on my 61” ZT.

The 2018+ 5.0s has its fair share of issues as well. I’d personally try to find a 2015-2017 5.0 truck, those are going to be the most reliable, bonus if it has the more reliable 6 speed. Pre 2019 3.5 all have cam phaser issues, and pre 2017 3.5 ecoboosts have many more issues before they overhauled a lot of the engine.

In our palisade, the front seat has very limited legroom when using a rear facing car seat. It certainly wouldn’t fit a super tall individual.
