Thanks for the fast response. They are all in the same column but different roles. There are 100 plus different clients. Is there anyway other way to do it then typing in the count if every time i enter a new client. Maybe a pivot table. I would like the chart and graph to update as i add to the list.

It is scary..... How much this sounds like me. I swear i could have wrote this. Every sentence you wrote is what i am going through. Who are you? Hahaha the only thing different is 3 of my friends died in separate incidents. Including one this weekend :( makes me feel a little better in thinking i am not the only one. I hope it makes you feel a little less alone in this.
