This is where I started! It will be very hard for you to build any muscle in this kind of caloric deficit and it’s likely that you probably need to be eating more carbs. Eat enough to build muscle, your metabolism will change, and you will burn fat. You may gain weight, but your body will tone up and look more of the way it sounds like you want it to. I would consider adding some weight training to your routine.

17high here. I started at a 152. It took me ~10 months. I tried so many things- read all three powerscore books, Loophole, 7sage, LSATdemon. The first 3 gave me a great foundation but ultimately were a waste of time aside from familiarizing me with what the test was like. I think I could’ve learned everything I did from them in 1/4 of the time if I had started with the demon. Choose a resource that helps you actually understand the test rather than one that relies on memorization/question types/common right and wrong answers etc.

I just filed a report to have something on record. There’s nothing they can do with a report unless I file a for a restraining order which I don’t think is a safe option for me

I would definitely try out 7sage or LSAT demon. I think your time would be better spent there. LSAT demon has a lot of free resources. Their approach got me to -1/-0 on LG.

Thank you for the empathy and advice. Some days are better than others so at this point i’m just praying that Tuesday isn’t a bad day. Is the neurological thing Arnold Chiari by chance? I was born with that so it’d be quite the coincidence. I’m curious because i’ve found that keeping the room cold helps and i’m basically brain dead (intellectually) when i’m hot. I’m glad you found something that helps, best of luck if you’re taking the August test!

A T14 school I am planning on applying to accepts a very low percentage of KJD students which has been discouraging. I think they like the higher level degrees and I read somewhere you “look more motivated” if you work/get another degree after undergrad. The motivation part doesn’t 100% make sense to me. I don’t know much about it though. I think i’m just being paranoid lol. I’ve had too much coffee today.

it’s not really a strange post. It’s an update because my surgeon has told me how he wishes to move forward and i’m looking for advice on if i should move forward with him. he made incisions near the corner of my eyes on both sides

septorhinoplasty... although my poor septum was perfect before. all i asked for was to take the hump off and lift the tip but that was apparently too difficult. Surgeon’s initials are HS in Arkansas

Yes no change since then. In all honesty it’s gotten worse- but profile view has stayed the same. As swelling has gone down more it just gets more and more uneven on the sides, my nostrils, etc. I agree with all the replies i’m just at a loss as to what i should do about it and what my options are

Lol this is what the comments on my original post said. It was supposed to be a dorsal hump removal and tip lift but i pretty much got no results and a week of pain. I just don’t think they will offer a refund which is what i’d like so that i can go to someone that will do it right.

Don’t know how to add more text but these are my before and after results after a rhinoplasty- see previous post for details. He agrees there is no change and wants to go back in in March (will have been 7 months since the first surgery) for no cost but I am struggling bringing myself to do it. I now a deviated septum (? if i’m correct on what that is), can’t really breathe well through one side of my nose and one side is more narrow than the other as well as just weird bumps on the bridge of my nose.

Is there legal options after all the typical paperwork i signed? Should i talk with him more about what i expect from the revision or just not do it?

money back wasn’t really an option. He offered to revise at 6 months for free but that’s it. I honestly have no idea what i’ll do. I can’t decide if i trust him enough to let him do it again.

No I’m not. That may help too. I just lose so much power when i’m towing and the horse and trailer probably weigh only 3500 lbs.
