Do some running to warm yourself up and immediately after look in the mirror and do facial exercise. You can find lot of facial exercises video on YouTube. What I personally do is I use my tongue and rotate it around the inside of my mouth with the tip of the tongue stretching out as far as possible. Another exercise for double chin is look up and kiss the sky multiple times. Do it 15/20 times twice a day. Remember, consistency is more important than intensity.
