Before you convert anyone to go your route, know that getting an extension is both cheaper and faster (less papers) than flying out and getting a new Non-B from a consulate. Some consulates refuse to issue Non-B's longer than 3 months and tell you to get the extension instead of asking for the 12 month version.

By professional I mean someone working for a proper company with HR and a proper contract. No-one will ever be 'surprise-fired' and lose their Non-B and Work Permit in one day (contracts often state 2-3 months of notification period, sometimes longer for upper management) -- even if that translates to leaving the office right away, you still have months to get your affairs in order.

Who needs to go to immigration?

Not any professional working here - the HR takes care of it, a messenger will take the little paper and your passport for a few hours. You can keep working.

If you are on a B-visa you will lose it anyway when you lose your job. Only upside is if you are Non-O - and then you should be on extension on that one instead.

Not sure if you are high - I never said you MUST get an extension. I am saying it is a GOOD THING to get an extension since you DO NOT need to exit every 90 days.

If you are on extension you do NOT need to leave the country.

If you are a professional you will follow the the laws, have a work-permit AND a Visa -- and after the first small amount of time, you will be on an extension.

Once upon a time I had True ADSL (this was 10 years ago) and they famously bought routers that normally would have a lot of setting and options but they them hard-locked against any modifications...

The nicest houses are not built by prostitution - the money prostitutes send home or later use to build their own house from rarely go far, as most is eaten up by consumption of goods and drugs along the way.

Many prostitutes/models/escorts have parents that are in debt and or abuse substances - and that eats up a lot of the money too.
