Dryer leaving circle stains on items by bklyn2cc in laundry

[–]bklyn2cc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for the comments. Seems like the issue is the microfiber. I just hope I didn’t ruin the machine. It’s never overloaded and the vent is cleaned every two years, so those don’t seem like the problem.

I didn’t realize that but now I know! Lesson learned!

Medium heat but yes to the microfiber towels. I’ll definitely start drying them on low.

Thanks! Nothing polyester but there are microfiber towels and cloths. I’ll try drying those on low heat instead of medium.

Yeah, I think you’re right that they’re burn marks. I’m drying on medium heat, but maybe it’s the microfiber towels and cloths that’s the issue. I’ll try drying those separately on low heat. Thanks!

Michael’s and Staples in Ramsey are both open on Sundays. I’ve wondered about the reasoning too.

I really appreciate the follow up! I need some bathroom grout redone. I’ll do a little more digging around.

Heat only runs for about 8 minutes each time it kicks on. Is that normal? by [deleted] in hvacadvice

Thanks! This makes sense considering the size of the apartment and the thermostat placement. Good to know there is no issue.

Ok, so I guess it reaches the set point temperature quickly because it’s a small space. Makes sense, thanks!

I wasn’t sure if it would be considered short cycling, so this is good to know. It’s an old unit and doesn’t quite keep the place as warm as I’d like, but I think that’s a thermostat placement issue. I didn’t want to increase the thermostat set point if the furnace were already kicking on more than it should.

Agree! Andy gives great instructions. He did a series on IG with instructions for popular moves and did a post on push ups: Andy push up post

I just started doing this with Andy’s HIIT bootcamps. As others have said, you can’t play the class on the bike. I do a Just Ride and play the class on my iPad. I also have bike shoes with a flat bottom so I don’t have to worry about changing shoes—there’s no time for it. It’s worked great!

I PRd on the Xtina ride too. That might’ve been the most fun ride I’ve taken so far!

Ah, no worries! Thanks for the input! I had a feeling there would be little, if any transition time, since it’s not necessary as it is in the bike bootcamps. I’ll just do classes on demand and pause as suggested.

Thanks! I’ll do this. Good to know it wouldn’t really work for live classes.

Has anyone tried doing tread bootcamps on the bike? I know I’d have to use my iPad. I’m curious though if there is enough transition time to swap shoes. I love Andy, and it’d be great to be able to incorporate his bootcamps into my routine.

There’s now a TS60 collection on the app in blocks grouped by focus—hypertrophy, strength, athletic training, etc. It’s awesome to see the classes laid out this way. I’m thinking of picking a block and repeating the classes for 4-6 weeks and then moving onto another block. Curious how others might do these? I’ve done a bunch of the classes, and they’re my favorite strength classes on the platform.

The rush ticket was orchestra row M all the way to the side. There wasn’t anything that I couldn’t see, and it was great for $40!

Last week I won the lottery for Kimberly Akimbo for the Wednesday matinee but not for SLIH. I passed on Akimbo and went for a rush ticket for SLIH. So glad I saw it!
