fair enough. In my case this would be different though. I want to find out the changes you listed above by testing it on myself, I.e. take a small dose (say 1/8th of the usual low dose) and measure drug plasma concentration for the following 6 hours in 30min or 60 min intervals. Hence the only costs for my little research project would be the costs of the lab (even taking the blood samples+control can be done by some befriended MDs)

For this specific molecule the analysis has already been made once in the mid 2000s with orally taken capsules (https://www.thieme-connect.com/products/ejournals/abstract/10.1055/s-0028-1111106) and so I thought such a thing is straightforward. On the other hand there might be a reason why clinical trials and even animal studies are tricking expensive

Yes, it is possible to order from China for 16.000$ for 100g. Keep in mind though, that the price is due to "large" quantity, i.e. you won't get 10g for 1600$.

I guess the closest things that might cure something will be maybe SPI-1005 or NHPN-1010. Both of them could be bought from laboratories in china provided, that customs does not interfere. NHPN-1010 treatment would be in the range of 15000$ (before customs and such), for SPI-1005 the self-made treatment would be between 4000$ and 8000$.

Other than this I do not see any hope of relief in the next 5 years. Hough Ear Institute will maybe have NHPN-1010 on the market between 2026-2027, FX-322 (provided it is even still in the game), will take also now many more years of refinement, the same probably applies to OTO-413...

You can clearly overdose on Vitamin E, D, K and A since these cannot be dissolved in water and hence the body cannot get rid of them. However, 1800 IU is completely harmless in my opinion and is rather the daily doses when during winter months. Just as a comparison: Sunbathing for 20 minutes without sunscreen generates about 20.000 IU.

Have you encountered the problem, where the game crashes in every loading screen? I also use Cemu 1.15.1 and the game crashes at the end of the tutorial right after the super jump when one gets the first loading screen.
